Every Kaia Numa hat is handcrafted with care and shipped from Australia. Here's what you need to know about shipping:

Processing Time

As each piece is handmade to order, please allow 3-5 business days for processing before your order ships. During busy periods (such as holiday seasons or market events), processing times may be slightly longer. I'll keep you updated throughout the process.

Shipping Within Australia

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Express Shipping: 2-3 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping

I'm happy to ship internationally to New Zealand! Delivery times:

New Zealand: 7-10 business days

Please note: International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. I have no control over these charges.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your hat's journey to you.

Packaging

Your hat will be carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. I use sustainable packaging materials whenever possible.
