Our Return Policy

We want you to love your Kaia Numa hat! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn and in original condition
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return address.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different style, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
